The Londoner Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the bustling center of Leicester Square. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking options available nearby. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool with a relaxing environment. The cleanliness of our room was perfect, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making our experience all the more enjoyable.

The staff at the gym were lovely and friendly, and the facilities were very clean. They had a good selection of free weights and a 24-hour access policy, convenient. The spa had a beautiful pool and the staff provided fresh iced water by the poolside. The location of the hotel was also excellent, being centrally located.

The pool at The Londoner was amazing. I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the opportunity to swim in the morning and at night. The sauna and hot pool were a great bonus for unwinding. the complementary drinks and tea at the Residence were a pleasant touch, and the staff there were gracious. I also enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar during the evenings. The location of the hotel, near Leicester Square, made it convenient to visit museums and watch plays. Lastly, the room was clean and the request for separate duvets was promptly met.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, with big fluffy towels and comfortable beds. The luxurious atmosphere made our romantic escape even more special.

One of the worst aspects was the breakfast experience. As a 5-star hotel, we expected better service.

Unfriendly staff.

The pool was great for relaxation, with a bonus sauna and hot pool. The Residence lounge offered pleasant evening drinks and tea. The staff was kind and the rooms were clean. The Whitcomb restaurant had satisfying meals at a moderate price. The location near museums and playhouses was fantastic.

We stayed at The Londoner for my partner's birthday and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff, especially Inga Stauder, went above and beyond to make the stay special, with a suite upgrade and a surprise birthday cake and champagne. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and quiet, and the spa facilities, particularly the pool, were enjoyable. The hotel's modern decor and complimentary amenities, such as the game room and cabanas, added to the overall staycation experience. Can't recommend highly enough!

The hotel had a stunning spa and indoor pool, perfect for relaxation. The location was ideal, as we were able to easily walk to all the main attractions. The highlight of our stay was the Japanese restaurant, where we had a memorable dining experience. The kitchen staff were skilled and the food was delicious, especially the sushi and sashimi. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! the exclusive amenities are beyond impressive, and my needs were fulfilled with ease. the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and treatment rooms are perfect for a relaxing stay. the service was wonderful, and the restaurant offered special diet menus.

My only minor issue was the sauna, which was not as big as I expected. the beauty treatments and other spa services made up for it.
